And great to read pars defect isn’t anything genetic aka something that can’t be fixed. Just over use.

Thanks mate. Some times we need to remind ourselves of the basics because we get caught up in the day to day stress of being a grown up. The last 13 months has taught me the importance of prioritising reflection. Stopping to consider what really matter, how you want to live your life and then implementing whatever you have to. Kind of like a reset. I think most of us worry about things we shouldn't, just some more than others. As a known stress head, I just need to remind myself more often that everything will be ok and we'll worry about things when we have to, not before.

Yeah, it's certainly manageable. Some people are born with it and never even know because it causes them no issues. I have a little bit of scoliosis too, which is something I'll need to watch. I think it's the combination of the two that causes me discomfort from time to time because it's predominately left side. It is what it is though, everyone has niggles they have to deal with. Just have to be proactive and preventative wherever possible.
