“We only have so much mental bandwidth” - so true and it’s crazy how much of it we waste on crap

Yeah, and I think a big problem is that if we're not careful we start using it on crap without even realising. I think the key is to figure out what's important, hone in on that and in time you'll stop worrying about dumb shit organically.

Yep and it’s a big reason why each Sunday, I set a goal for the week. Helps me channel my bandwidth in a positive direction

We do a similar thing on Wednesdays. Review the week that's been and plan for the week ahead.
