I'm tired just reading your blog haha.

Sounds like a lot, no wonder you're feeling tired. Exercise is good for us, but it's still stress on the body and exercise free days are just as important as exercise days. Especially when you've got an almost toddler to run after, that's exercise enough haha.

I’m so much better at making time for myself and what I need to do to look after myself. Where I fall down though is when non-routine things pop up, which I enjoy doing, I make time for them by sacrificing that time I usually set aside for myself. That’s what I need to improve on, I think.

It’s quite complex psychologically and I’m still working with my psych to understand it, but it all comes down to me not rating myself and feeling compelled to act a certain way to appease others so that they like me. I’ve been doing it for a very long time, so it might take a long time to undo, but I’ll keep chipping away at it for as long as I need to.

Seems to all happen at once too, hey? Have nothing on for months then have a period where you get smashed. Easy to get caught up and forget to prioritise what you need.
