I agree. I was wondering if you can contact the guest privately and discussing it with them first and perhaps letting them know that you'll be providing honest feedback so that other hosts are aware? Sure you charge a cleaning fee, but leaving a place like that does lack of respect for the property and the owners of the property. It makes you wonder what they do in their own homes, but the reality is, that kind of behaviour is all that they know.
Thanks, guys. I agree with you both. We can give an honest review without being nasty. What they did was unacceptable and it’s our duty to make other people aware. They’ll just delete their account and create another one but at least they’ll understand what they’ve done wrong.
