Nice read Sam and its really inspiring how you change from drugs to a consistent behaviour in all aspect. Its Simply amazing, how you track and manage the data.. its admiring. Do you mind share the template with me (without any of your data). That will be great.

Love it Sam. That spreadsheet is a thing of beauty.

I hate driving home from work and then trying to get motivated to run. Often I prefer to run at work even if it means a 90 minute drive in traffic compared to 70 in slightly less traffic. Cos I know it's harder to get off the couch once I sit down.

It’s risky business, isn’t it? I just found a massive network of deserted four wheel drive trails out behind our batch plant at work last week. Running out of excuses now!!!

Got the running pram now too, so looking after the young fella isn’t an excuse either!

I see a few running prams at Parkrun these days. I never got one. But I had a bike trailer.

I hit a flash one for bugger all in marketplace. It’s a ripper. Young fella loves it. Sits in it like royalty being paraded around the streets pointing out every bird and dog.
